The C09 Dark Elves came late to the Citadel ranges, not appearing until February 1984. There are 19 of them in the RAFM listings, but only 14 are shown in Citadel catalogues or flyers, 8 in the Feb 1984 Flyer and 10 in Compendium 2. Compendium 2 marks the appearance of the name Witch Elf and of Black Guard.
20 would be a better number so I included the similarly sized Night Elf Champion from the discontinued Night Elf Patrol set.
