Villains come in all shapes and sizes, but all will be Judged. Tracking the full range of JD3 perps is tough, the cast changes across different flyers. Taking the insert to Clock Mania and Slaughter Margin as a basis which shows 66 in total, and excluding the 12 JD3 Muties which are shown here, there seems to be 54. This includes the Perp shown as Jason Basin and as Perpolito, which appear to be the same. There is also an uncatalogued Perp, which seems to have a wrecking bar or cane. I think this should be Perpolito, but have no proof!
The Slaughter Margin set included an insert that showed a group of JD3 Perps, plus a set of Characters for the scenarios some of which are borrowings from other ranges.
Finally 2 Perps are shown on the Block Mania insert, the Futsie and the Superhero.
